1920 census, Baltimore.

Ida Evans Pierson is the daughter of Sarah Savage Evans Burroughs.

Ida is shown here as 'mother in-law.' So she is the mother
of Bertha Pierson Lomax. Her father was an Evans.

Vivian Lomax is the daughter of Bertha and Wilson Lomax.
In the year 2000, Vivian would have been 81.
Lillie Elliott, daughter of John and Anne Elliott is a boarder.

Here is a letter from Margaret Parsons Bunting.

Wilson Lomax was the husband of Bertha Pierson,
(she was the daughter of Ida Evans Pierson) and Ida was the
daughter of Sarah Savage Evans Burroughs, from Sarah's first husband.

Fred Lynch & I believe that Martha A. Savage (as in the will)
middle name Alice (as mom knew it to be) lived in Chincoteague, VA
and married a William H. Fish.

We believe Hannah Elizabeth Savage, married a Lemuel Coffin
in the Sound Methodist church on Dec. 5, 1869.

We are not sure of Mary, I will try look further.

Hi Margaret and Glenn,(from Fred Lynch 2/15/7)

I still try to trace some of the Savage family, especially
Elizabeth’s daughters. It’s very confusing since they don’t use
the names I know them by. Lemuel Coffin married Elizabeth Savage
in the Sound Methodist Church and she and Lem appear in several
census records as Lem and Elizabeth. I recently found
Lemuel Coffin and Hannah E in the 1880 census, pg 280 along with
Asher W and William E. Is this really Hannah Elizabeth Savage,
the second daughter of Elizabeth Jane Savage?

Do you know any members of the present Savage family who might
know any of the Savage genealogy? And,
What about Elizabeth’s other sisters?

Hope you are all well and the weather isn’t too bad.

Fred Lynch
