This is the 1900 census. We do not have the 1890 census. Most of the 1890 censuses were destroyed by fire. They have John Elliott's birth year as 1862. His wife, Ann Quillen Elliott as being born in 1868.

Tom Elliott 1888, John H. Elliott 1890, Charlotte Jane Elliott 1891, Ebe B. Elliott 1894 and Josiah Elliott in 1897.

Charlotte's birth year is wrong. She was born in 1893. Josiah is the wrong name. I think it is Joe Sire Elliott.

They are living at the Elliott farm in Taylorville.
