Hi Everyone,Based on what Bobbie Cherrix Jean Jones has told us, it's time to rethink the Savage Family. I just got the book "Marriage records of Accomac. Co. VA, 1854-1890". I also have the book "Worcester County (MD). Marriage Licenses, 1795-1865".
It looks like Rachel E Mcgee married John P Lunn on 6 May 1875, not Mary E Savage. A Mary E Savage and John J Palmer got a Marriage License on 24 Nov. 1863.
In the 1870 MD census, Wicomico Co., Pittsville, pg 653b there is: John Palmer 30 MD, Ellen 24 MD, Sylvester 8 MD, Ella I 3 MD, and Lizzie 2 MD.
John is in the 1860 MD Wor. Co. Dericksons XRoads with parents Thomas and Nancy and Brother Absolon. Can't find any of them in 1880 but Sylvester shows up in 1900 Accomack Co., VA.
Elizabeth Jane Savage didn't make her will until 1867. Mary E was already Married so she didn't get the $5 from John Spencer Elliott like the other daughters.
The age matches up for Mary E and Ellen. I give this an 80% and am going incorporate this into my data.
I also found a DNA site that says Ebe Savage Sr. was Married to Nancy Taylor!

Hi Everyone,More evidence about Mary Ellen Savage. In the 1910 MD Census, Worcester Co. St. Martins Pg 179, Mary E Palmer 65 Wd MD with family; son John T 38 MD afflicted, Edward B son 20 MD, Eva E gddau 8 MD, Francis gddau 6 MD. Not too far away is Sylvester and family back from VA.
