This is all from my mother. Have to get my list down to talk to my father. not sure about where he were born. could have been in Salisbury as the picture I have of them as very young boys was taken on Newton Street in town. Then they moved to close to Greenhill church near Whitehaven (on Pratt Phillips farm and rented farm land there. Dada walked to Quantico and bought 2 mules and walked them back to the farm (some distance) .
then they moved to Quantico (the house they lived in there is for sale now. They were living there when he met my mother). Then they moved to Smith Street in town here.
